Look at this lovely house situated in a charming village only 20km away from the town of Oriahovo, 80km away from the towns of Lom and Vratsa. The house is single – storey, massive and brick – built. There are three rooms on each floor. There is a cellar. There is electricity – and water – supply available. The house is in a good condition and needs only a little refreshment to become nice for living and rest.
The garden is 2000sq.m.on size. There is a vine yard and some farm buildings in it. Parts of it can be turned into wonderful garden. There are breath – taking views and amazing nature. The region is very nice and picturesque. The air is crystal clean and fresh and the climate is very suitable for recreation.
